Asphalt Coatings Company striped the parking lots at Traditions at Colorado Springs, a 55+ apartment community on Tutt Boulevard. The painting was done over two nights.

ADA stalls now sit close to the building doors. Crosswalks connect the lots to the entrances and garages. The stall rows, no-parking zones and fire lane curbs were all repainted as well.

Crosswalks and fire lane curbs

White crosswalk bars cross the drives at the main entrance, on the entry road and between a sidewalk ramp and the garages. Long stretches of curb along the drives are painted red, including the fire lane in front of the entrance canopy.
