Asphalt Coatings Company patched, sealcoated and restriped the parking lots at Orchard Park Place, the shopping center on Orchard Parkway in Westminster. Patching came first, over two days. Our crew then sealcoated and striped the lots one section at a time over the following week.

Asphalt patches before the sealcoat
New asphalt patches went into the drive aisles, the intersections and the edges along the curbs. Each is a clean rectangle set into the older grey surface, from the storefront drives to the lane by the hotel. Sealcoat then went over the top.
Sealcoating in sections
Tape and cones closed off each freshly coated section from the sidewalks until it dried. The finished coat is an even black across the stall rows, drive aisles and the curving row along the landscaped edge.
New markings
The striping covers the stalls, the accessible spaces, the entry drives and the fire lanes.
ADA stalls
Blue accessible symbols and white hatched aisles sit in front of the shops, including Jimmy John's, Sport Clips and Sally Beauty.
Stall rows
White stall lines were laid out along a red layout line, still faintly visible beside the paint.
Entry drives
A double yellow center line, white turn arrows and a crosswalk mark one of the entry drives.
Fire lane
Red curb paint with a FIRE LANE stencil runs along the drive beside the lawn.
