Sealcoating and Striping at Courtyard by Marriott in Westminster
- Westminster, CO
- Hotel parking lot
Asphalt Coatings Company sealcoated and restriped the hotel parking lot at Courtyard by Marriott on Orchard Parkway in Westminster. The lot now has an even black finish from the entrance drive to the back rows. Crisp white lines and blue ADA symbols sit on top of it.
Red paint went on the curbs along the fire lane and around the planted islands.

Markings on the new sealcoat
White stall lines, ADA stalls and hatched aisles were laid out on the fresh sealcoat.
ADA stalls
A row of ADA stalls by the hotel entrance has blue accessible symbols and white hatched access aisles.
Stall lines
Along the landscaped curbs, white lines set out each parking space.
Drive aisles
The sealcoat runs right through the drive aisles between the islands.
Red curbs for the fire lane
Our crew painted the curbs red along the sidewalk by the hotel, where a sign marks the fire lane. The same red runs around a planted island and past a fire hydrant. In the close-up, the new sealcoat stops cleanly at the gutter's edge.
