Asphalt Patching and Restriping at Hobby Lobby in Parker
- Parker, CO
- Retail parking lot
Asphalt Coatings Company patched and restriped the parking lot at Hobby Lobby on South Parker Road in Parker. Our crew first saw-cut the repair areas, dug them out to the base and filled them with new asphalt. Restriping followed about ten days later, much of it after dark. Red curb paint along the storefronts finished the job.

How the patches were made
Each patch went through four steps.

Saw-cut
Straight saw cuts outlined each repair area.

Dig out
Our crew dug out the old asphalt down to the gravel base.

Measure
Before paving, a tape measure in each hole recorded its depth.

Pave
New asphalt then filled each hole, level with the lot around it.
Striping and curb paint
The restriping covered the stalls, the ADA spaces, the store entrance and the curbs.

Stall lines
Yellow lines mark the stalls across the lot in front of the store.

ADA stalls
In the ADA stalls near the entrance, blue accessible symbols sit between yellow access aisles.

Crosswalk
A yellow hatched crosswalk leads across the lot to the Planet Fitness entrance beside Hobby Lobby.

Arrows
Drivers follow yellow arrows through the drive aisles.

Island curbs
Planted islands got fresh yellow curb paint.

Storefront curb
Along the Hobby Lobby storefront, the curb is painted red.
