Asphalt Coatings Company patched, sealcoated and restriped the drives and parking at the Waterford apartments on Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree. The job ran for about a month.

We marked the worst of the cracked asphalt first and patched it a week later. Two weeks on, sealcoat and fresh markings went down one section at a time, finishing with yellow speed humps and arrows on the entry drive.

Patching the drives

The patching moved from marked-out cracks to finished rectangles of new asphalt.

Speed humps and the entry drive

Bright yellow paint marks the speed humps across the drives, by the gate and at the main entry. The final section was painted after dark, with cones holding traffic back, and white arrows now point the way along the entry drive.
