Fresh black sealcoat covers the drive aisles and stall rows, right up to the concrete pans and curbs. Yellow lines now mark the stalls, and the ADA stalls carry blue symbols with hatched aisles. New striping on the sealcoat
Bright yellow markings went down on the black sealcoat throughout the lot.

In front of the suites, a blue accessible symbol and a yellow hatched aisle mark each ADA stall.

Yellow lines lay out the stall rows along the buildings and the landscaped strips.

Red layout lines snapped on the sealcoat kept the stall ends straight.
The sealcoat
The new sealcoat is a uniform black layer from curb to curb.
Its edge stands out sharply against the grey, cracked asphalt beyond it. Sealed cracks still show through the fresh coat as faint raised lines.
