Sealcoating and Striping at Breakaway Business in Louisville
- Louisville, CO
- Business park parking lots
Asphalt Coatings Company sealcoated and restriped the parking lots around the Breakaway Business buildings on Prairie Way in Louisville. The work ran over two days.
Black sealcoat now covers the drives and stall rows, with the older sealed cracks still showing as bands beneath it. On top, our crew painted white stall lines, ADA stalls with blue symbols and crosswalks at the entrances. We striped the concrete truck court by the loading docks as well.

Entrances and ADA stalls
Each building entrance got ADA stalls and a crosswalk leading to the door.

ADA stalls
Blue accessible symbols and white hatched aisles line the front walk, under the reserved parking signs.

Crosswalks
Wide white bars cross the drive from the parking rows to the entrances.

Front row
Along the main frontage, the ADA stalls and crosswalk sit side by side.
Sealcoat over sealed cracks
The lots already carried long bands of crack sealant. Where the fresh sealcoat meets an uncoated section near Suite A, the difference is easy to see: dull grey asphalt and pale sealant on one side, an even black coat on the other.

Stall rows and the truck court
Stall rows run along the landscaped edges and beside each building. In several rows, the red layout line that set out the stalls is still visible next to the paint. Behind the buildings, new white lines mark parking on the concrete truck court.
