Asphalt Coatings Company patched the parking lots and drive lanes at Landmark Offices on Greenwood Plaza Boulevard in Greenwood Village. The work ran over five days. Some repairs are small squares in the drive lanes, while others are long strips that follow a whole drive lane or stall row.

Cones kept cars off each fresh patch. Our truck and a small roller moved through the lots as the crew worked from one area to the next.

Long strip repairs

The biggest repairs run lengthwise down the lot, replacing worn asphalt along entire lanes.

Patches at curbs and islands

Many patches sit against curbs and landscaped islands around the lots.

On the curved drives, new asphalt fills right up to the curb line. Beside one planted island, orange layout marks still show at the corners of the repair area. Elsewhere, smaller square and L-shaped patches replace single broken spots in the drive lanes, one of them next to a storm grate.
