Asphalt Coatings Company repaired, sealcoated and restriped the shared drives and parking rows at Savanah HOA on East Jamison Drive in Englewood. Infrared repairs ran for four days in a row. They reached from the gated entry to the garage rows, with many patches laid right up to the concrete gutter pans. Four days after the last patch, the drives were under fresh black sealcoat with new stall lines, ADA stalls and crosswalks.

Infrared repairs on the drives and parking rows
Rectangular infrared patches went in across the community over four days, one area at a time.
Patches sit at the gated entry, in the stall rows, along the gutter pans and beside the garages. Some are long strips and one wraps around in an L shape. A small double-drum roller was on hand for the patching, at one point parked in a stall row between cars. A truck-mounted heater panel was lowered onto the pavement beside one finished patch.

Our crew ran the sealer right up to the concrete edge along the garage row. Sealed cracks show as raised lines under the new black surface.

White lines lay out the resident and visitor rows, including the visitor row along the fence.
