Laying out and painting the lines
Every stall line on the lot went down in two steps.
Snap a layout line
Red chalk lines snapped across the lot set where each row of stalls would end.
Paint
A crew member then pushed the striping machine down each row, painting the white lines to that mark.
ADA stalls and the stop bar
Two ADA stalls now face the main doors, each with a blue accessible symbol and a white hatched aisle.
At the exit, the white stop bar lines up with the stop sign so drivers halt before they pull out. Pale lines of sealed cracks show across the pavement around it.
